Shipping Delivery
We know you want your new Joe Hazel products ASAP (can’t blame you). We ship all our orders within 24 working hours. All orders are processed 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. The orders placed on Saturday after 3 pm, are shipped on Monday, Sunday being a holiday. Standard shipping time for Metro Cities is 2-3 days. For Non-Metro Cities, it takes about 4-7days for the package to be delivered. We use Bluedart, Xpressbees, Dotzot, Ecom Express & FedEx for Order Shipments. In case of Refunds/ Exchanges, the reverse pickups are usually (95% of the times ) completed within 24-48 hrs. For the rest of 5% , if the location is far off from the major courier centers, it might take a day more. But don’t worry we will get it done mate! How can I check if you deliver to my pincode? We currently deliver to most pin codes in India. If you want to confirm your Pincode, please mail us at customercare@joehazel.com. What are the delivery charges for my order? Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000, shipped within India. For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable). For international shipping, we charge INR 1500 for orders under INR 20000. For orders above INR 20000, we provide free shipping worldwide. We process and ship your order as soon as we receive it and it typically takes 2-3 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in New Delhi, India. How long does it take to deliver my order? (How long will you make me wait before delivering my order?) All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-10 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 12-20 working days. What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP? We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour Express shipment based on the service area of the shipping partner. For this, please write to us at customercare@joehazel.com and we will try to make it happen. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 199 per piece would be levied for the same. Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time? Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address. I love products made in India, but am currently outside. Do you ship products outside India? We ship outside India (Primarily to EU, US, UK, Singapore, Dubai and Australia). You can expect your orders to be delivered at almost all locations in the world. For international orders: 1) We charge INR 1500 (most common countries) for orders of or below INR 20000. For orders above INR 20000, we provide free shipping to select most common countries. 3. In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US, Australia the orders usually do not have import duties. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. If you do not have a Joe Hazel account, then please follow the Track Shipping link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no and email id using which you had placed an order, and we will check and give you your order status.
